Skip Tracing / Missing Persons
Are you looking for someone? We can help you to locate old friends, high school sweethearts, missing relatives and loved ones, people who owe you money, dead beat spouses, military personnel, witnesses and missing heirs.
While online sites claim to be able to help you find anyone, anywhere, the information you pay for is often outdated or incorrect. A search for someone might result in the location of hundreds of people with the same name, none of which is the party you are trying to locate. It is then left up to you to further research each name and still not come up with the person you need to find.
As experienced investigators, we know how to diligently search for people. We start by collecting as much information as possible about the subject, analyze and verify that the information is correct, and separate accurate from inaccurate leads. We then follow the leads uncovering new leads along the way until we successfully locate the party you are looking for.

Skips vs. Missing Persons
According to the American Heritage® Dictionary the informal meaning of “skip” is to leave hastily; abscond: skipped out of town. Thus a skip is someone who is intentionally missing. They are running or hiding, or both, usually because they owe money or are trying to avoid legal consequences. A “skip” is usually more difficult to find than a “missing person” and they usually are not happy to be found.
Unless foul play is involved, most missing persons, on the other hand, are actually not missing at all, they are just someone that the searcher can not find. They are not intentionally missing and usually don’t know that anyone is looking for them. Because of this they are usually easier to find and often quite happy to have been found.
Regardless if the missing person is a skip or not, the most important piece of information to begin a search with is a correct full name. Many times people do not know the correct full name of the person they seek. In that case, we will initiate the search process by determining the correct full name and go from there.
Additional pieces of information, although not necessary, but very helpful in the search process are the party’s date of birth (DOB), social security number (SSN) and last known address (LKA).
